Role Summary

You’ll act as the internal architect of client-fit—evaluating premium client needs, handling technical requests, and defining value‑based custom features and sustainability credentials for high-end prospects interested in flagship luxury developments like:

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in client discovery calls to assess technical and custom feature requirements for these luxury projects (e.g., bespoke amenity preferences at Lodha Park or smart‑home integrations in Godrej Riverine)
• engineering, and development teams to map premium custom solutions aligned to the specific project context
• Support creating proof-of-concept decks: VR walkthroughs, amenity layouts, sustainable systems (e.g. landscaping and clubhouse planning for Gera Island of Joy)
• Help manage RFPs for high-value clients, prepare technical FAQ responses, and execute proposal follow-ups specific to each project

Desired Skills & Qualifications

• Sound understanding of construction systems, sustainable features, and luxury finishes

Pay: ₹8,086.00 - ₹54,913.26 per month
