Presales Executive

Job Summary: We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Tele caller to join our real estate team. The role involves making outbound calls to prospective clients, handling inbound inquiries, providing basic project information, and generating leads for the sales team. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, a persuasive attitude, and a strong desire to work in a fast-paced real estate environment. Key Responsibilities: Make outbound calls to potential customers from the provided database. Handle inbound inquiries and provide project details courteously and professionally. Understand customer requirements and qualify them as leads for the sales team. Schedule site visits or follow-up calls for interested prospects. Maintain and update client database with accurate information and interaction history. Coordinate with the sales and presales teams for timely follow-up and conversion. Achieve daily/weekly/monthly targets for calls, leads, and appointments. Handle objections and provide appropriate solutions to enhance customer experience. Key Skills & Requirements: Minimum 1 year of experience as a Tele caller, preferably in the Real Estate sector. Strong verbal communication skills in English and regional languages. Ability to engage and build rapport with customers over the phone. Good knowledge of real estate terminology and customer behavior is a plus. Proficiency in using CRM software and MS Office tools. Excellent listening, problem-solving, and organizational skills. Self-motivated and target-driven attitude.
