Presales Executive

We are looking for a skilled and customer-focused Presales to join our IT team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing first level technical support to clients, conducting site visits, preparing BOQ, and offering tailored solutions for ELV systems. This role involves understanding customer requirements, resolving technical issues related to hardware, software, and networks, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Act as the technical point of contact for ELV system inquiries during the presales phase.
• Understand client requirements and develop appropriate solutions aligned with their needs.
• Conduct site surveys and assessments to gather technical requirements and constraints.
• Prepare detailed technical proposals, BOQs, drawings, and solution presentations.
• Collaborate with sales and engineering teams to ensure seamless project handover.
• Provide first level troubleshooting and technical support for hardware, software, and networking issues.
• Stay updated with the latest technologies and products in the ELV domain (CCTV, Access Control, Public Address, Structured Cabling, etc.).
• Ensure customer satisfaction by delivering timely and accurate technical support and guidance

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹216,000.00 - ₹300,000.00 per year
