1. Handle inbound leads from multiple channels (calls, email, web inquiries, events, referrals).
2. Qualify and categorize leads based on defined parameters before passing to the sales team.
3. Maintain accurate and updated lead information in CRM/SFA tools.
4. Track lead lifecycle from generation to conversion, ensuring timely follow-up.
5. Coordinate with sales and marketing teams for smooth handover and feedback on lead quality.
6. Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports on lead status, conversion ratios, and pipeline health.
7. Monitor lead sources and suggest improvements to increase lead quality and volume.
8. Ensure adherence to defined SLAs for lead response time and follow-up frequency.
9. Assist in campaigns, events, and promotional activities by managing responses and inquiries.
