Job Description

Role & responsibilities: Identify potential customers and generate leads through various channels. Conduct market research to understand customer needs and preferences. Engage with prospective clients to discuss their real estate requirements. Present and demonstrate the features and benefits of our properties. Coordinate with the sales team to support closing deals. Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of market trends and competitor activity. Manage CRM system to track leads and customer interactions. Participate in industry events, exhibitions, and conferences. Outline the day-to-day responsibilities for this role. Preferred candidate profile: 1 to 8 years of experience in presales.
