Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound leads, qualify prospects, and understand client needs.
• Recommend suitable real estate projects based on client preferences and budget.
• Schedule and coordinate

  site visits

  and hand over qualified leads to the sales team.
• Maintain consistent follow-ups to maximize lead conversion.
• Deliver engaging

  project presentations and virtual demos

  to clients.
• Record all interactions and updates accurately in the

  CRM system

• Collaborate with

  Sales and Marketing

  teams to improve campaign and conversion efficiency.

Requirements

• Minimum

  2 years of experience

  in real estate pre-sales or client-facing roles.
• Excellent

  communication skills

  in

  English and Marathi

  (mandatory).
• Strong

  negotiation, persuasion, and interpersonal

  abilities.
• Good understanding of

  real estate projects, market trends, and client needs

  .
• Proficiency in

  MS Office

  and

  CRM tools

  (e.g., Bitrix24, LeadSquared, Salesforce).
• Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple leads efficiently.
• Willingness to work on weekends and during peak site visit schedules.
