• Qualifying leads based on their property requirements, budget, and preferences.

• Scheduling site visits

  and ensuring proper follow-ups.

2. Client Engagement & Relationship Management

• Understanding customer needs and providing relevant

  project details

  (pricing, amenities, payment plans, etc.).
• Addressing initial queries and concerns of clients before handing them over to the sales team.

• Maintaining long-term relationships

  with potential buyers to nurture leads.

3. Coordination with Sales & Marketing Teams

• Collaborating with the sales team to

  ensure smooth handover of qualified leads

• Keeping track of market trends, competitor projects, and customer preferences.

4. Data Management & Reporting

• Updating and maintaining the Presales

  Software, Metro Leads system

  with lead status and follow-ups.
• Preparing and sharing

  daily, weekly, and monthly reports

  on lead conversion, call status, and site visits.
• Analyzing lead data to improve conversion strategies.

5. Assisting in Sales Closures

• Supporting the sales team by

  providing necessary documentation

  to potential buyers.
