The ideal candidate should have a strong command of financial compliance, internal controls, vendor billing, taxation, and reporting. Key Requirements * Proven experience in accounting and financial management within the real estate sector * Strong knowledge of GST, TDS, RERA, and statutory regulations * Hands-on experience with accounting software and documentation * Ability to lead internal audits and coordinate with statutory bodies
Inventory Management Monitoring stock levels, reorder points, and avoiding stock-outs/overstocking. Material Handling – Knowledge of safe and efficient handling, storage, and movement of goods. ERP / Software Knowledge – Preferably Info Velocity GRN & Documentation – Preparing Goods Receipt Notes (GRN), issue slips, gate passes, and maintaining records. Procurement Coordination – Coordination with purchase department to ensure timely availability of material. Material Identification & Codification – Understanding item codes, specifications, and classifications. Stock Verification & Auditing – Regular cycle counts, physical stock verification, reconciliation with ERP. Knowledge of Safety Standards –Storage norms for chemicals, flammables, or heavy construction items
Lead Management & Customer Interaction Handling inbound and outbound calls to potential buyers. Engaging with leads from various sources (website inquiries, social media, property portals, walk-ins, etc.). Qualifying leads based on their property requirements, budget, and preferences. Scheduling site visits and ensuring proper follow-ups. 2. Client Engagement & Relationship Management Understanding customer needs and providing relevant project details (pricing, amenities, payment plans, etc.). Addressing initial queries and concerns of clients before handing them over to the sales team. Maintaining long-term relationships with potential buyers to nurture leads. 3. Coordination with Sales & Marketing Teams Collaborating with the sales team to ensure smooth handover of qualified leads . Keeping track of market trends, competitor projects, and customer preferences. 4. Data Management & Reporting Updating and maintaining the Presales Software, Metro Leads system with lead status and follow-ups. Preparing and sharing daily, weekly, and monthly reports on lead conversion, call status, and site visits. Analyzing lead data to improve conversion strategies. 5. Assisting in Sales Closures Supporting the sales team by providing necessary documentation to potential buyers.
