KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

HWC (Home Wellness Check)

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

Manage and conduct Home Wellness Check (HWC) reviews with customers, ensuring accurate representation of product and service offerings.
Convert qualified leads into closures through strong product knowledge, persuasive communication, and customer engagement.
Understand customer requirements and align solutions to their needs.
Collaborate closely with the Sales, Operations, and Customer Experience teams to ensure smooth lead management and service delivery.
Track and report daily activities, HWC outcomes, and sales performance metrics.
Maintain CRM data accurately and ensure timely follow-ups with leads. Contribute to improving the overall customer journey and conversion processes in the Pune region.
Stay updated on product offerings, promotions, and competitive landscape to effectively position the brand.
