About the Role:

Pre-Sales Executive

Key Responsibilities:

Understand company products and services in order to support the sales team.
Handle inbound and outbound communication with potential clients via phone, email, or chat.
Generate leads and qualify prospects by gathering relevant information.
Schedule meetings and demos for the sales team with qualified leads.
Assist in preparing proposals, presentations, and other sales documentation.
Maintain and update CRM tools with accurate lead and prospect data.
Follow up with clients post-initial discussions to keep them engaged.
Coordinate between sales, marketing, and technical teams to ensure seamless client interaction.

Key Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in any stream (mandatory)
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
Strong interpersonal and presentation skills
Eagerness to learn and grow in a sales-driven environment
Basic understanding of sales or customer service is a plus
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
