Presales Executive

Position: Pre-Sales Executive – Real Estate
Location: Pune
Experience: 6 months – 2 years (Freshers with good communication skills may also apply)

Job Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound and outbound calls, explain project details, and generate interest in company offerings.
• Maintain follow-ups with potential clients via calls, emails, and WhatsApp.
• Coordinate with sales managers to schedule site visits and meetings.
• Qualify leads from marketing campaigns and digital platforms into potential clients.
• Understand customer requirements and provide accurate project information.
• Maintain CRM data, update lead status, and ensure timely responses.
• Support sales team in achieving targets by ensuring quality lead conversions.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients for repeat and referral business.

Key Skills Required:

• Excellent verbal & written communication in English, Hindi, and Marathi.
• Good interpersonal skills with persuasive communication abilities.
• Basic knowledge of real estate projects and Pune market (preferred).
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet lead conversion deadlines.

Qualifications:

• Graduate in any discipline.
• Prior experience in real estate pre-sales/tele-calling/customer support is an added advantage.

Compensation:

• Fixed Salary (as per industry standards) + Attractive Incentives.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
