Website: www.exlyapp.com Responsibilities: MQL to SQL Conversion: Engage with Marketing Qualified Leads (MQLs) to assess their potential. Conduct detailed qualification processes to identify Sales Qualified Leads (SQLs). Lead Management: Verify lead details to ensure accuracy and completeness. Perform probing and in-depth analysis to understand client needs, challenges, and potential opportunities. Categorize leads into actionable segments for effective follow-up. Data Management: Accurately maintain and update lead data in Excel sheets or other CRM tools. Ensure data integrity and timely reporting to relevant stakeholders. Qualifications: Excellent communication and probing skills. 1 yr of Presales experience Proficiency in Excel and basic data management tools. Strong organizational skills with attention to detail. Ability to multitask and handle multiple leads efficiently. Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. Previous experience in lead generation or pre-sales will be an advantage. Familiarity with CRM tools is a plus.
