Presales Executive

Job purpose:
The main purpose of this role is to call leads, provide strong follow-up and update the system. They will be reaching out to the potential customers and inviting them to visit the residential complexes of DTC Projects.

KRAs:

• Responsible for calling new leads and the old lead database.
• Updating the lead status in the Salesforce system.
• Follow-up for all leads in the system.
• Weekly reporting on leads.

Requirements:
Exposure in tele callingGood communication skills

Qualifications & Skills:

• 1-2 years of experience in the Telesales/Real Estate Pre-Sales segment with business-level communication proficiency in all three languages (English, Hindi, Bengali)• Minimum Bachelor’s Degree• Experience in Presales calling (Preferred)• Good technical knowledge in using CRM and Computer system• Age: Maximum 30 years
