Presales Executive

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Junior Pre-Sales Support Executive to assist the sales team in preparing proposals, documentation, and client communications. The ideal candidate should possess strong communication skills, excellent documentation abilities, and a keen eye for detail.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in preparing and maintaining sales proposals, RFP, RFQs, presentations, and related documentation.
• Collaborate with the sales and technical team team to understand client requirements and provide necessary support.
• Communicate with clients to gather and clarify requirements when needed.
• Maintain and update databases, CRM systems, and sales-related documents.
• Conduct basic market research to support sales strategies.
• Coordinate with internal teams for smooth execution of pre-sales activities.
• Ensure timely responses to client queries and follow-ups.

Skill Set:

• 1-3 years' experience.
• Excellent communication skills (verbal and written).
• Strong documentation skills with proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Ability to understand technical and business requirements.
• Attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to work in a team and support multiple stakeholders.
• Prior experience in a pre-sales or sales support role is a plus.
