About the Role

We are seeking a motivated Presales Executive to join LexComply's growing Sales and Presales team. In this role, you will serve as a key support function, enabling our sales leadership to build strong client relationships and close deals. You'll be responsible for preparing compelling client materials, supporting product demonstrations, conducting prospect research, and managing administrative workflows—all while building a strong foundation in SaaS sales and compliance technology.

This is an excellent opportunity for a fresh graduate to learn presales fundamentals, develop professional communication skills, and gain direct exposure to enterprise sales cycles.

Key Responsibilities
  • Sales Enablement: Develop and maintain client-facing materials including briefs, proposal decks, case studies, and presentation templates
  • Client Engagement Support: Attend product demonstrations and client calls; document discussions, action items, and follow-up requirements
  • Market & Prospect Intelligence: Conduct competitive and prospect research; prepare concise briefing documents and market insights for leadership
  • CRM & Pipeline Management: Maintain accurate CRM entries, update lead statuses, track demo outcomes, and generate reports
  • Administrative Support: Manage HOD calendar, coordinate meeting logistics, schedule follow-ups, and handle light administrative tasks
  • Documentation & Communication: Draft professional client correspondence, create contract templates, and ensure document quality and consistency
  • Event Coordination: Assist in organizing client meetings, webinars, and networking events; support on-site event execution
  • Initiative & Ownership: Take ownership of assigned presales projects; demonstrate resourcefulness and drive continuous improvement
About You

Core Competencies:

  • Fresh graduate (6–12 months of work experience) from any academic discipline
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities
  • Attention to detail with a proven ability to follow through on commitments
  • Proactive, professional attitude with a genuine eagerness to learn

Technical Proficiency:

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace
  • Able to create clear, visually organized presentations
  • Comfortable learning new software tools, including CRM platforms
  • Basic troubleshooting capability with business applications

Availability & Location:

  • Available to join immediately or within short notice
  • Able to commute daily to Noida, Sector 62, or work on-site as required
  • Flexible for occasional travel to meet with clients or attend key meetings
  • Reliable punctuality and professional work ethics
Desired Qualifications
  • Internship or project experience involving client-facing activities, sales support, or business presentations
  • Familiarity with CRM platforms (HubSpot, Zoho, Salesforce, or similar) — preferred but not mandatory
  • Interest in or awareness of the legal technology and compliance sectors
  • Background in business communications, marketing, or sales-related coursework
