Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Understand customer needs and guide them with the right information
Update the sales pipeline and submit timely reports
Conduct regular follow-ups to boost conversions
Coordinate with the sales team for site visits and maintain Excel reports
Manage the entire pre-sales process from lead handling to visit scheduling
Handle inbound and outbound customer calls
Work on marketing-generated leads and share project details via email/WhatsApp
Highlight key project/product features to potential customers
Resolve customer queries to ensure high satisfaction
Support cross-selling initiatives to expand customer outreach

Preferred candidate profile

Education
: Any Graduate
Experience
: 0 to 10 years (Voice Process advantage)
Work Location : Devarabisanahalli / Whitefield (Should be ready for both locations)
Working days
: Ready to work 6 days in a week (
Sunday and Saturday are mandatory working)
Week off
: One rotational week off between Monday to Friday
English is Mandatory Language along with any south languages
