Job Description

Role Summary:

The Telemarketing Executive at Casagrand will be responsible for contacting prospective customers to promote Casagrand residential projects, generate qualified leads, and schedule site visits for the sales team, ensuring a high standard of customer engagement and brand representation.

Key Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to potential customers from company databases and marketing leads
Explain Casagrand projects, features, pricing, and offers clearly
Qualify customer requirements and interest levels
Schedule site visits and appointments for the sales team
Follow up with prospects and maintain continuous engagement
Update customer details, call outcomes, and follow-ups in CRM
Meet daily call targets and monthly lead conversion goals
Address customer queries professionally and escalate complex cases
Coordinate closely with sales and marketing teams for lead closure
Maintain call quality standards and follow compliance guidelines

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Graduate / HSC qualification
Excellent communication skills in English and regional language
Strong convincing and interpersonal skills
Basic computer knowledge and CRM exposure
Target-driven and customer-centric approach

Preferred Experience:

Prior tele calling or pre-sales experience in real estate
Experience handling high-volume outbound calls

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):

Number of outbound calls per day
Qualified leads generated
Site visits scheduled and attended
Conversion ratio
Call quality and customer feedback

Work Timings:

Tuesday off
