We’re Hiring – Presales Coordinator

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Handle client inquiries and understand project requirements.
  • Share company presentations, brochures, and service details with potential clients.
  • Coordinate with the sales and design teams for proposal preparation.
  • Prepare quotations, basic project costing, and documentation for tenders.
  • Support the sales team in lead qualification, follow-ups, and CRM updates.
  • Schedule client meetings, maintain communication logs, and ensure timely responses.
  • Assist in preparing marketing and presales materials for business development initiatives.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 1–2 years of experience in Presales / Coordination / Interior / Construction field.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Immediate joiners preferred.
