Job Roles and Responsibilities:

• Calling Leads: Connecting with Organic leads with expected talk-time of 3 hours daily.
• Lead Guidance: You will serve as the main point of contact for leads, understanding their requirements and sharing information about the programs,
• fostering strong relations with them and helping them in their decision making.
• Lead Registration: Helping the Converted leads in registering for the course.
• Relationship Building: Build strong relationships with students, making them ambassadors for BrightCHAMPS within their networks

Preferred candidate profile

• Bachelors degree in a relevant field.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Fluency in English Language
• Strong relation building and convincing skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
• Basic knowledge in MS Office

Payout- up to 2.4LPA + Performance Based Incentives
