Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Premier Acquisition Manager at Kotak Mahindra Bank, located in Surat. The Premier Acquisition Manager will be responsible for identifying and acquiring potential high-net-worth clients, maintaining client relationships, and ensuring high levels of client satisfaction. The Manager will also be responsible for understanding clients’ financial needs and objectives, offering appropriate products and services, maintaining detailed records of interactions, preparing detailed reports on sales activities, and achieving set targets and goals.

Qualifications

Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Experience in client relationship management and customer service
Proficiency in sales and marketing strategies
Knowledge of banking products and financial services
Ability to analyze financial needs and offer suitable solutions
Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, or related field; MBA is a plus
Previous experience in a similar role, preferably in the banking industry
