Position: Premier Acquisition Manager (Assistant Manager Grade)

Location: Kochi, Kerala
Salary: Upto 3.4 LPA
Experience: Minimum 6 months to 4 years in banking product sales

Job Description:
We’re seeking a high-energy, target-driven individual to join our team as a Premier Acquisition Manager in Kochi. You’ll be responsible for acquiring high-quality Current & Savings Account (CASA) relationships — particularly in the HNI segment — and growing revenue through cross-sell of fixed deposits, mutual funds, insurance, and other retail liability products. You will operate within a defined catchment, managing customer onboarding and retention to meet branch-level goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Source New-To-Bank (NTB) clients through field outreach, events, and referrals
• Acquire CASA relationships from high-potential individuals and entities
• Conduct promotional campaigns and lead-generation activities
• Cross-sell third-party financial products: mutual funds, insurance, gold loans, etc.
• Maintain average quarterly savings balances and drive CASA growth
• Collaborate with Branch Sales Manager, product teams, and channel partners
• Ensure accurate documentation, compliance with KYC/AML regulations and internal standards (operational quality)

Requirements:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree (MBA preferred)

Experience: At least 6 months in retail banking or financial services, ideally in customer liabilities

Skills:

• Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
• Proven ability to network, generate leads, and manage relationships
• Basic digital competence—comfortable driving alternate banking channels (ATMs, BCs)
• Willingness to travel in the field using a two-wheeler

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
