The company is dedicated to providing end-to-end seamless service and raising the standards of construction. Responsibilities: Plan and manage erection and site activities on-site, ensuring alignment and finishing activities concerning project specifications. Oversee and coordinate with on-site personnel, such as crane operators and rigging teams to ensure efficient and safe construction processes. Conduct regular inspections of erected structures to ensure compliance with quality, design, and safety standards. Enforce safety protocols for erection activities, and risk assessments, and implement mitigation measures to prevent on-site incidents. Work closely with the engineering teams to review technical drawings, blueprints, and project specifications, resolving any technical issues that arise during the erection process. Manage the allocation and utilization of construction equipment, materials, and labor to optimize project timelines. Prepare daily and monthly reports on project progress, site activities, and any encountered issues. Document all lifting plans and technical drawings for record-keeping. Inspect works regularly and file quality control. Qualifications: Degree in Civil Eng Proficiency in MS Excel. Proficiency in planning and scheduling. Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills to effectively manage teams. Experienced with residential and commercial building projects.
