Precast Erection Engineer

Key Responsibilities:

• Project Planning and Coordination:Develop detailed erection plans, schedules, and method statements for the installation of precast elements.
• Site Preparation and Logistics:Assess and prepare the site for precast element delivery and installation, coordinating with various teams (design, production, site personnel).
• Equipment and Resource Management:Ensure necessary equipment, tools, and materials are available on-site and in good working condition.
• Safety Management:Implement and enforce safety protocols, conduct risk assessments, and provide training to the erection crew on safe handling and installation practices.
• On-Site Supervision:Supervise the erection crew, providing guidance, support, and ensuring adherence to plans and safety procedures.
• Quality Assurance:Monitor the erection process, ensuring that all work meets quality standards and specifications.
• Documentation and Reporting:Maintain accurate records of erection activities, including daily progress reports, material usage, and any issues encountered.
• Technical Expertise:Provide technical support to the erection team, resolving on-site challenges and ensuring efficient work execution.
• Coordination:Collaborate with crane operators, riggers, and other personnel to ensure the safe and efficient lifting and placement of precast elements.
• Inspections and Testing:Assist in the inspection and testing of installed components to ensure alignment, integrity, and operational readiness.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹333,271.14 - ₹1,460,478.14 per year
