Role Description

This is a full-time, Pre-Sales & Technical Solutioning role based in Hyderabad, Bengaluru, Mumbai & NCR. The professional in this role will support pre-sales activities, driving technical discussions and showcasing the value of MonkDB’s platform to potential clients. Responsibilities include identifying customer needs, creating custom technical solutions, addressing technical queries, and collaborating closely with the sales team to deliver presentations and demos. The role also involves building strong relationships with clients to ensure alignment between their requirements and MonkDB’s capabilities.


Qualifications

  • Strong analytical skills to assess customer requirements and align them with optimal technical solutions
  • Proficiency in providing Technical Support and solution-oriented problem-solving
  • Excellent Communication skills, including the ability to convey complex information to diverse audiences
  • Customer Service experience and a commitment to understanding and addressing client needs effectively
  • Experience in Sales, particularly in technical pre-sales or business development, with a focus on data-driven solutions
  • Proven ability to work in a collaborative and fast-paced environment
  • Familiarity with AI, databases, or data engineering concepts; prior experience in the tech industry is highly desirable
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field
