Pre-Sales Technical Consultant UCC & ES

Job Description: You have an opportunity to join the Inflow team and contribute to their success. You will be involved in working with Information and Communications Technology (ICT) distribution companies or System Integration companies. It is essential to have hands-on and Pre-Sales experience in any UCC solution. Additionally, possessing expertise or certification in UCC products & solutions from Inflow Technologies vendor list will be beneficial. Your communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills will play a crucial role in this role. Being customer-oriented, having problem-solving skills, and being able to multitask are important traits for this position. Key Responsibilities: - Train channel partner sales and Pre-Sales teams in the technical aspects of the product and solution. - Collaborate with potential customers to understand their unique technical requirements and business challenges. - Analyze customers" requirements, network architecture, and recommend solutions as necessary. - Deliver industry-specific solution designs, demonstrations, presentations, and Proofs of Concepts based on customer requirements. Qualification Required: - Minimum 4 years of work experience with Information and Communications Technology (ICT) distribution companies or System Integration companies. - Hands-on and Pre-Sales experience on any UCC solution. - Expertise or certification in UCC products & solutions from Inflow Technologies vendor list will be desirable. - Good communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. - Customer-orientation & problem-solving skills. - Ability to multitask and work effectively in a team.,
