Pre Sales Specialist - Managed Services

As a Pre Sales Specialist for Managed Services, your role will involve designing, implementing, and optimizing managed services solutions for clients. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions that drive customer success. Key Responsibilities: - Lead the design and architecture of complex managed services solutions for public cloud, on-premise environments, network, security, and end-users. - Collaborate directly with clients to understand their business needs, technical challenges, and operational goals to develop tailored solutions. - Oversee the end-to-end solution lifecycle, from pre-sales support through to implementation. - Provide technical leadership and mentorship to internal teams for implementing designed solutions. - Continuously assess and optimize existing managed services offerings to ensure efficiency, scalability, security, and alignment with emerging technologies. - Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for designed solutions, including architecture diagrams and operational processes. - Work closely with sales teams to create proposals, assist in solution presentations, and support contract negotiations. - Effectively communicate technical concepts to technical and non-technical stakeholders. - Stay updated with the latest trends in managed services, cloud computing, and IT operations to drive innovation. Key Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field. Relevant certifications are a plus. - 5-10 years of experience in IT services with a focus on managed services architecture. - Strong understanding of ITIL best practices and service management frameworks. - Expertise in cloud platforms, virtualization, data centers, networking, and automation tools. - Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills with problem-solving abilities. Preferred Qualifications: - Advanced certifications in cloud computing or enterprise architecture. - Experience with DevOps, containerization, and microservices architecture. - Experience in managing large client relationships and delivering solutions at scale.
