To excel in this role, you should possess a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, along with a minimum of 5-10 years of experience in IT services, with a focus on managed services architecture. Certifications such as TOGAF, AWS, Azure, or ITIL will be advantageous. Your technical skills should include expertise in cloud platforms, virtualization, data centers, networking, managed security services, monitoring, backup and disaster recovery, and enterprise service management. Strong communication, presentation, problem-solving skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment are also crucial. As an experienced professional in Sales & Marketing, your primary focus will be on a combination of tasks that involve face-to-face or remote sales to both new and existing customers.
