Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and customer-focused Pre-Sales Executive to handle inbound and outbound sales inquiries for our real estate projects. The candidate will be responsible for lead management, customer engagement, and scheduling site visits to support the sales team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound and outbound calls related to real estate project inquiries
• Explain project details, pricing, payment plans, and offers to prospective clients
• Qualify leads and understand customer requirements
• Schedule and coordinate site visits with the sales team
• Maintain and update customer data in CRM systems
• Follow up with prospective clients through calls, WhatsApp, emails, and SMS
• Achieve daily/weekly call and follow-up targets
• Coordinate with sales, marketing, and channel partners for lead conversion
• Provide feedback to management on customer trends and market response

Desired Skills & Competencies:

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong persuasion and negotiation abilities
• Basic understanding of real estate concepts
• Proficient in MS Excel, CRM tools, and telecalling systems
• Ability to handle customer objections effectively
• Target-oriented and self-motivated

Qualification:

• Graduate in any discipline (MBA in Sales/Marketing is an advantage)

Preferred Candidate Profile:

• Prior experience in real estate pre-sales / telecalling / inside sales
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
• Willingness to work on weekends (as per site visit schedules)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
