Pre-Sales Manager (RealEstate)

Role Overview: You will be responsible for overseeing the call center team operations with set targets of calls and conversions. This includes conducting training sessions for freshers and ongoing development sessions for the existing team. You will also conduct Mock sessions and Performance reviews on a regular basis with the team, impart trainings on the new project tie-ups, handle escalated customer complaints or inquiries, and provide timely resolutions. Additionally, you will monitor the lead generation process with the marketing team, generate call reports, customer feedback reports, and pre-sales metrics. Key Responsibilities: - Oversee call center team operations with set targets of calls and conversions. - Conduct training sessions for freshers and ongoing development sessions for the existing team. - Conduct Mock sessions and Performance reviews on a regular basis with the team. - Impart trainings on new project tie-ups. - Handle escalated customer complaints or inquiries and provide timely resolutions. - Monitor lead generation process with marketing team and generate call reports on a daily basis. - Generate call reports, customer feedback reports, and pre-sales metrics. Qualifications Required: - Excellent leadership skills to manage and motivate the team. - Excellent verbal and written communication skills. - Ability to handle customer queries and issues. - Understanding of real estate market trends and sales techniques. - Understanding of CRM systems and call center software for database management.
