Pre-Sales / Inside Sales Executive

You will be part of a diverse team at Arbhu, dedicated to addressing complex challenges in India's export sector. Your focus will be on improving the supply chain for planet-conscious, handmade products made by Indian artisans. This involves utilizing a tech-enabled, forward-integration approach for international customers. Your daily tasks will include product and vendor onboarding, product management, cataloguing, and quality inspection in India. The primary offering revolves around providing a tech-based environment for buyers to procure, track, and sell in their respective international markets. As a zero-to-one startup, we value individual expertise, active learning, and collaborative problem-solving. **Key Responsibilities:** - Engage proactively with prospects interested in importing white-labeled products from India via various marketing channels. - Qualify leads, order samples, prepare quotes, schedule meetings, and compile reports. - Organize, update, and manage detailed activities using internal ERP tools. - Participate in training, seminars, demos, and worksheets to enhance skills continuously. - Contribute to process improvements and overall efficiency. **Qualifications Required:** - No formal college degree required. - Minimum 3 years of experience in high-performing Pre-Sales/Inside Sales roles. - Proficiency in working within teams; some level of CRM proficiency is necessary. - Exceptional written and verbal communication skills. - Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new digital tools. - Comfortable interacting with customers across diverse countries, languages, and currencies. - Proficiency in math, Excel, PowerPoint, and knowledge of world geographies. - Foreign language skills or startup founder/early-stage experience is a plus.,
