We are hiring

full-time Sales & Research Executives

for our

Luxury Brand Division

at our Santacruz West headquarters. This role offers a

structured 3-month paid training and internship

designed to prepare you for high-value

B2B communication

with business owners, brand partners, and luxury clientele. Upon successful completion of training, you will be offered a

full-time role

with a competitive CTC based on your performance.

Training & Compensation

First 3 Months Paid Training & Internship:

Role & Responsibilities

Conduct
data mining and lead research
to identify high-value business prospects.
Maintain accurate
CRM records
and manage lead pipelines efficiently.
Research
market trends, client behavior, and brand positioning
in the luxury sector.
Draft professional
outreach communication
for potential clients.
Support the sales team with
client follow-ups, research documentation, and presentations
.
Participate in
internal strategy meetings
and high-profile events.

Skills & Qualifications

Must-Have:

Completed
Bachelor s degree
in Business, Marketing, or related field.
Excellent
spoken and written English
with clear diction.
Proficiency in
MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
and online research tools.

Preferred:

Internship or prior experience in
sales, research, or marketing
.
Ability to work independently, multitask, and meet deadlines.
Interest in
luxury brand marketing
and high-value B2B sales.
