Pre-Sales Executive & Marketing Coordinator

As a Pre-Sales Executive & Marketing Coordinator, your primary role will involve handling complete administrative tasks and managing data for different clients including MIS, XL sheets, and Sales Funnels. You should be proficient in MS Office, especially Excel and presentation tools, as well as adept at internet research for data finding, analysis, and management. Your strong analytical skills and good communication abilities, both written and verbal, will be crucial in this role. Key Responsibilities: - Managing administrative tasks efficiently - Handling data for various clients including MIS, XL sheets, and Sales Funnels - Proficiency in MS Office tools such as Excel and presentation software - Conducting data finding, analysis, and management effectively - Demonstrating strong analytical skills - Communicating with clients via calls - Reaching out to new clients to explain Ayukrt services and onboard them - Creating business proposals and presentations tailored to meet different client needs - Preference for candidates with knowledge of graphic software Qualifications Required: - Graduate in any stream - 1-2 years of experience in Pharmaceutical Sales & Marketing or technology companies catering to the Pharma/Medical Industry in the pre-sales department as an assistant or executive Note: Preferred candidates should have a background in the Pharmaceutical industry to better understand the nuances of the sector.,
