About IntoAEC.ai IntoAEC.ai is a global SaaS platform designed for the Architecture, Engineering, and Construction (AEC) industry. We help architects, civil engineers, interior designers, contractors, and construction companies streamline CRM, project management, vendor coordination, inventory, and site execution through a single integrated platform. IntoAEC is built by industry practitioners for real-world construction workflows. Role Overview As a Pre-Sales Engineer at IntoAEC.ai, you will utilize your strong background in Civil Engineering or Architecture to bridge the gap between AEC domain requirements and SaaS product capabilities. Your role is crucial in supporting sales, conducting product demonstrations, understanding customer workflows, and translating on-site construction challenges into compelling product solutions. You will collaborate closely with the Sales, Product, and Channel Partners to drive deal conversions and ensure solution fit for AEC customers globally. Key Responsibilities - Work closely with the Sales team to support lead qualification, discovery, and solution positioning - Understand client workflows across architecture design, civil execution, site management, vendors, and contractors - Map customer pain points to IntoAEC features (CRM, Project Management, Vendor Management, Inventory, Mobile App, Reports) - Prepare and deliver tailored product demos for architects, engineers, builders, and construction companies - Answer functional and technical queries during sales discussions and demos Customer & Domain Engagement - Conduct requirement gathering sessions with architects, civil engineers, and project managers - Explain product value using AEC terminology, drawings, BOQs, workflows, and site processes - Support proof-of-concept (PoC) and pilot implementations when required - Assist customers in visualizing ROI, efficiency gains, and digital transformation benefits Sales Enablement - Create demo scripts, use cases, workflows, and industry-specific pitch decks - Support proposal preparation, solution documents, and responses to RFPs/RFQs - Collaborate with Channel Partners (India & International) during joint sales calls - Provide feedback to Product and Engineering teams based on customer conversations Product Collaboration - Share insights from the field to help improve product features and roadmap - Validate new features from an AEC users perspective before release - Support onboarding and handover to implementation/onboarding teams Required Qualifications - Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering / Architecture / Construction Management - 2 to 6 years of experience in AEC industry (Architecture firms, Civil contracting, Construction management, PMC, or related roles) About IntoAEC.ai IntoAEC.ai is a global SaaS platform designed for the Architecture, Engineering, and Construction (AEC) industry.
