As a Pre Sales Real Estate professional, you will be responsible for engaging with potential buyers and providing them with comprehensive property information. Your role will be pivotal in guiding customers through the initial stages of the sales process, ensuring they have a clear understanding of the properties and benefits offered, and ultimately helping drive sales to completion.

Responsibilities

• Engage with potential buyers through various channels such as phone, email, and in-person meetings.
• Provide detailed information about available properties and their amenities.
• Coordinate and conduct site visits and property tours for interested clients.
• Understand and analyze customer requirements to recommend suitable properties.
• Follow up with prospective clients to keep them engaged and informed.
• Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to develop promotional strategies.
• Assist in preparing and presenting sales proposals and documents.
• Maintain an updated database of leads and sales activities.
