Job Description

Role Overview: As a Pre-Sales Coordinator at our company, you will play a crucial role in engaging with customers, developing presentations, analyzing data, managing documentation, and supporting the sales team. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure effective communication between internal teams and external clients, while also delivering impactful pitches and presentations to showcase the value of our products or services. Key Responsibilities: - Collaborate with internal teams and external customers to understand requirements and deliver tailored solutions. - Create impactful PowerPoint presentations and pitch decks for client meetings and internal reviews. - Utilize Excel for data analysis, reporting, and preparation of sales-related metrics. - Prepare and manage detailed documentation, including proposals, contracts, and compliance reports. - Assist the sales team in pre-sales activities such as lead qualification, product demonstrations, and preparing sales proposals. - Act as a liaison between sales, marketing, and technical teams to ensure seamless communication and project execution. - Present solutions confidently to clients, showcasing the value of the company's products or services. Qualifications Required: - Educational Background: Bachelors degree in Engineering and an MBA. - Experience: Minimum of 1 year of professional experience in pre-sales or related roles. - Technical Skills: - Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint for creating presentations. - Advanced Excel skills for data analysis and reporting. - Strong documentation abilities for preparing detailed reports and proposals. - Communication Skills: - Excellent written and verbal communication skills. - Ability to deliver compelling presentations to diverse audiences. - Interpersonal Skills: - Strong organizational abilities with attention to detail. - Team player with the ability to coordinate across departments effectively.
