Key ResponsibilitiesSales & Client Support Assist sales agents with day-to-day sales operations Coordinate property showings, site visits, and client meetings Handle client inquiries via phone, email, and walk-ins Maintain follow-ups with prospects and existing clients Documentation & Administration Prepare sales documents, agreements, contracts, and booking forms Maintain accurate records of leads, bookings, and transactions Ensure compliance with company policies and real estate regulations Coordinate with legal, finance, and operations teams for deal closures Marketing & Listings Manage property listings across portals and internal systems Support marketing campaigns, promotions, and events Coordinate brochures, presentations, and sales materials Track inventory status and update availability regularly Reporting & Coordination Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports Track sales targets, pipeline status, and conversion rates Coordinate between sales, marketing, finance, and management teams Required Skills & QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or related field (preferred) 1–3 years of experience in real estate sales coordination or sales support Strong organizational and multitasking skills Excellent communication and customer service skills Proficiency in MS Office, CRM systems, and property portals Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
