Pre Sales Content Moderator & KM Manager :: Asst Manager

Job Summary:

The GTM team in AI & Immersive Ops works with the most diverse set of customers spread across Retail, CPG, Travel, Hospitality, Transportation and Public, Media & Education and New Age verticals. With such a vast variety of customer & prospect base, comes the magnitude and never-ending quest to deliver the precise and strategic insights useful for leadership to ensure the focus and drive.

The successful candidate will get strong initiatives, quantitative skills, and the ability to lead and influence top-notch people.

Role & Responsibilities:

• Create content and design to match the expectation of the Brand
• Responsible for KM portal update, performance, & distribution
• Work with the Practice Leaders in Enabler functions on Collateral creations
• Coordinate with Presales & Practice Heads, assess gaps and drive development of focus content
• Create visibility on content among all the stakeholders within Wipro
• Provide support to Bid teams to put through brand aligned content with power message
• Support adhoc actions such as Unit Newsletter, Marketing collaterals, MIS, Website Updates
• Support strategic tracks on reports, providing insights & data visualization to Leadership
• Excellent planning and time management skills with the ability to deal with multiple demands on time and deal with ambiguity

Key Activities:

• Collect and Interpret data, create and design content, publish content on portals. Develop and maintain organization & capability databases – Word, PowerPoint, Excel, SharePoint
• Maintain historical data set in accurate and defined manner and work with different stakeholders to gather information on various capability modules
• Work collaborately with Sales, Presales team to mine, curate, design approved and signed off content from Function heads
• Self driven promotion of KM and Capability to drive maximum tractions on the usage and standardization
• Develop and distribute all updates post approval in accurate and timely manner
• Eye to detail & strongly sense-check data and conclusions before releasing final results
• Lead multiple, challenging priorities simultaneously while in a high-pressure, high-risk environment

Role Demands

• Result oriented, organized with strong communication & interpersonal skills
• Advance expertise in MS Tools – PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Teams is must.
• Good knowledge of SharePoint
• Drive powerful messaging & professional presentation style across all the documents

Experience and skill set required:

• Graduate or Postgraduate
• Preferred MBA with three years of prior experience in creating, managing & running Content Portals & Knowledge Libraries for organization.
