Pre sales-Business Analyst

As a Pre-Sales Business Analyst at our company, you will play a vital role in supporting our business development and pre-sales efforts. Your responsibilities will include: - Attending client calls to comprehend business requirements and contribute to solution design. - Translating requirements into detailed Scope of Work (SOW), project timelines, and supporting documentation. - Creating visually compelling proposals, pitch decks, and collateral for client presentations and bid submissions. - Collaborating with product, design, and development teams to outline end-to-end solutions. - Preparing and delivering user flows and technical understanding to stakeholders. - Designing high-quality visual content using Canva (mandatory); familiarity with Figma is a plus. - Leveraging various AI tools to boost productivity, content creation, and analytical tasks. - Staying updated with industry trends and emerging technologies to enhance proposals and pitches. Qualifications required for this role include: - 3-4 years of experience in pre-sales, business analysis, or solution consulting in a tech-driven environment. - Strong understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and technical solutioning. - Exceptional client interaction skills with the ability to translate business needs into functional outputs. - Proven expertise in developing presentations, collateral, and project documentation. - Proficiency in Canva is essential; working knowledge of Figma is advantageous. - Familiarity with AI tools and their application in business analysis and presentations. - Strong written and verbal communication abilities. - Capability to manage multiple priorities and thrive in a collaborative, team-oriented environment.
