Pre sales-Business Analyst

You are a dynamic and detail-oriented Pre-Sales Business Analyst responsible for supporting business development and pre-sales activities. Your role demands a deep understanding of SDLC, technical architecture, and user flow mapping, along with exceptional communication and presentation capabilities. The ideal candidate will possess practical experience with AI tools and thrive in a fast-paced, client-facing setting. Your responsibilities will include participating in client calls to comprehend business requirements and aid in solution design. You will be tasked with translating requirements into comprehensive Scope of Work (SOW), project timelines, and relevant documentation. Additionally, your role will involve crafting visually appealing proposals, pitch decks, and collateral for client presentations and bid submissions. Collaboration with product, design, and development teams to shape end-to-end solutions, as well as preparing and delivering user flows and technical insights to stakeholders, will be a key aspect of your job. Utilizing Canva (mandatory) and potentially Figma, you will design high-quality visual content. Leveraging various AI tools to boost productivity, content creation, and analytical tasks is also part of your responsibilities. Staying abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies to enhance proposals and pitches is crucial to your role. To be successful in this position, you should have 3-4 years of experience in pre-sales, business analysis, or solution consulting in a tech-driven environment. A solid grasp of SDLC and technical solutioning is essential. Your ability to interact effectively with clients, translate business needs into functional outputs, and demonstrate proficiency in creating presentations, collateral, and project documentation is critical. Proficiency in Canva is a prerequisite, while familiarity with Figma is beneficial. Knowledge of AI tools and their application in business analysis and presentations is also necessary. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, the capacity to manage multiple priorities, and thrive in a collaborative, team-oriented environment are essential for this role.
