Pre Sales Assistant

As a part of the team at E2M, you will play a crucial role in assisting our client base, which comprises digital agencies, in overcoming their bandwidth challenges, reducing costs, and enhancing profitability. We are seeking dedicated professionals who can engage with potential leads effectively and nurture relationships to ensure a seamless sales process. Your responsibilities will include initiating contact with leads through various channels such as email, phone, and social media. Building and maintaining positive relationships with leads by understanding their requirements and providing relevant information. Engaging with leads regularly to keep them informed about our services and any new offerings or updates. Coordinating and scheduling calls between leads and the sales team to discuss their needs and how our services can meet them. Ensuring timely follow-ups to address any additional questions and maintain lead engagement. Furthermore, you will be responsible for documenting key points and action items from calls and meetings with leads, sharing all relevant information promptly after the call, and collaborating with the sales team to facilitate the sales process. Your role will involve maintaining ongoing communication with leads, addressing any issues that may arise, and providing support to the sales team in closing deals successfully. In addition, you will be involved in managing sales data by accurately updating lead and client information in the CRM system, analyzing sales data to identify trends, and preparing sales reports to track progress and performance. You will also be responsible for ensuring that the CRM system is up-to-date with accurate information and providing training and support to other team members on CRM best practices.
