Pre Sales and Human Resources Outsourcing

You are an HRO Pre Sales/Solution Architect at Latinum, responsible for building trusted relationships with sales teams and client accounts to increase revenue. You should have 10-15 years of work experience in HR, with 4-5 years of experience in sales/pre-sales. **Key Responsibilities:** - Participate in responding to HR Solutions received in RFx - Showcase service propositions addressing client needs and exciting client teams about the product - Ensure sales documentation and collateral are up to date and relevant - Participate in Client workshops, Due Diligence, and Process studies including documentation creation - Collaborate with technology and sales teams to develop internal tools for process improvement - Create and manage reusable content, case studies, and standard sales/capability presentations **Qualifications:** - Bachelor's or Master's degree in any discipline, preferably in Human Resources, Business & Organization Management, Arts, or Commerce **Skills:** - Professional written communication - Negotiation skills - Simplifying abstract concepts - Working with ambiguous data - Collaborating under pressure - Data analytics - Proficiency in MS Word and presentation creation - Commercial acumen - Organizational and collaboration skills - Listening and multi-tasking skills **Mandatory Work Requirements / Experience:** - Willingness to travel as required - Flexibility to work in different shifts and weekends - Location preference for Mumbai, preferably Olympus - Previous experience in Human Resources Outsourcing and Presales - Familiarity with leading HR applications like Workday, Oracle, or SAP - Understanding of industry processes in Retail, Consumer Goods, or Manufacturing - Additional good to have: - US Visa - HR certifications,
