Rules & Responsibilities of Preschool Teacher – Little Millennium PreschoolEligibility CriteriaMinimum 6 month–1 years of experience in handling preschool children. Ability to manage and nurture kids in the age group of 1.5 years to 7 years. Must have completed a Montessori / Early Childhood Care & Education (ECCE) course. Should have good communication skills in English, Hindi, and Marathi. Must possess a friendly, calm, and caring nature, with a genuine love for children. Roles & ResponsibilitiesChild Care & Development Ensure the safety, security, and emotional well-being of all children in the classroom. Engage children in age-appropriate learning through play and fun-based activities. Support children’s social, emotional, physical, and cognitive growth. Classroom Management Create a positive, friendly, and child-centric classroom environment. Follow the Little Millennium curriculum with activity-based and playway methods. Conduct group activities, rhymes, storytelling, art & craft, and free play effectively. Parent Communication Provide regular updates to parents about their child’s development and progress. Communicate politely and clearly in English, Hindi, or Marathi as per the parents’ comfort. Team Collaboration Coordinate with co-teachers, support staff, and school management. Participate in school celebrations, events, and professional development workshops. Professionalism & Personality Be punctual, disciplined, and follow school policies. Maintain a friendly, approachable, and calm personality with children, parents, and colleagues. Show creativity, patience, and dedication in teaching and handling kids. Keep upgrading knowledge through trainings and workshops.
