Key Responsibilities: Classroom Management: Manage a class of young children with discipline, care, and engagement. Create a positive, safe, and joyful learning environment. Curriculum & Lesson Planning: Execute the Little Millennium curriculum effectively. Prepare creative lesson plans weekly and monthly. Ensure timely completion of academic goals. Child Development Activities: Engage children through play-based learning, storytelling, art, craft, music, and movement. Conduct phonics and cursive writing sessions with a clear understanding of early literacy skills. Creativity & Innovation: Plan and implement interesting art and craft activities. Bring new ideas to enhance learning through fun methods. Parent-Teacher Interaction: Conduct regular Parent-Teacher Meetings (PTMs). Maintain clear communication and rapport with parents about child progress. Language & Communication: Communicate fluently in English, with working knowledge of Hindi and Marathi. Use clear, engaging, and age-appropriate language with children. Student Engagement: Keep children actively engaged throughout the day with various hands-on activities. Observe and respond to each child's individual needs with care. Professionalism & Collaboration: Work closely with fellow teachers and staff. Participate in school events, celebrations, and training sessions. Maintain records and documentation as required. Ability to manage and nurture kids in the age group of 1.5 years to 7 years. Must have completed a Montessori / Early Childhood Care & Education (ECCE) course. Should have good communication skills in English, Hindi, and Marathi. Must possess a friendly, calm, and caring nature, with a genuine love for children. Communicate politely and clearly in English, Hindi, or Marathi as per the parents’ comfort. Team Collaboration Coordinate with co-teachers, support staff, and school management.
