Position: Preschool Teacher
Location: Ballygunge, Kolkata (22/15, Manohar Pukur Rd)
Working Days: Monday–Saturday
Timings: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Salary: Up to ₹30,000 per month
Experience Required: Minimum 1 year
Gender Preference: Female only

Role Overview

The Preschool Teacher is responsible for delivering high-quality early childhood education, creating a caring and engaging classroom environment, and supporting the overall developmental needs of young children.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain classroom cleanliness, décor, and age-appropriate learning materials
• Plan and conduct engaging activities such as arts & crafts, music, storytelling, games, numeracy, and literacy
• Ensure the safe and appropriate use of classroom materials and equipment
• Support curriculum planning and effective classroom execution
• Guide, supervise, and coordinate with classroom helpers
• Communicate effectively with parents and conduct regular parent meetings
• Prepare children’s progress reports and portfolios

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of experience in preschool or early childhood education
• Strong communication and classroom management skills
• Passion for early childhood learning and development
• Ability to plan and deliver engaging, age-appropriate activities
• Female candidates only

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
