Role Overview: As a Teacher at Olive Mount Global School, your role will involve curriculum design, implementation, evaluation, and feedback. You will be responsible for creating benchmarks for students, tracking their progress towards goals, and providing a variety of materials and resources for children to explore and learn from. Your engaging personality and leadership skills will be crucial in maintaining order, organising activities for physical, mental, and social development, and observing and evaluating children's performance and behavior. Key Responsibilities: - Designing curriculum and implementing educational plans - Setting benchmarks for students and monitoring their progress - Providing materials and resources for learning activities - Establishing and enforcing behavior rules - Organising and leading activities for holistic development - Observing and evaluating children's performance and behavior - Identifying and addressing emotional, developmental, or health-related issues in children - Preparing classroom and materials for activities - Teaching proper eating habits and personal hygiene - Maintaining accurate student records Qualifications Required: - Graduation with PPTC/ECE/B.Ed - 3 to 10 years of teaching experience - Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities - Passion for children and teaching - Creative and imaginative skills - Leadership and organizational skills - Adaptability to technology - Enthusiasm, stamina, patience, empathy, caring, dedication, resilience, and self-discipline - Knowledge of CBSE/IGCSE Curriculum - Caring and nurturing attitude towards children - Aptitude for lifelong learning Please forward your CV to hr@olivemountglobalschool.com for consideration.
