A sound knowledge of the CBSE/IGCSE Curriculum will be necessary for curriculum design, implementation, evaluation, and feedback. Your caring and nurturing attitude towards children will contribute to their holistic development. An aptitude to be a lifelong learner will help you stay updated with the latest educational trends and practices. Your responsibilities will include designing the curriculum, implementing it effectively, evaluating student progress, and providing constructive feedback. You will be creating benchmarks for students and tracking their progress towards learning goals. Providing a variety of materials and resources for children to explore and manipulate during learning activities is also part of your role. You will establish and enforce rules for behavior, maintain order in the classroom, and organize activities to promote physical, mental, and social development. Observing, evaluating, and recording children's performance, behavior, social development, and physical health will be essential for monitoring their overall progress. Preparing materials and setting up the classroom for class activities, teaching proper eating habits and personal hygiene, as well as maintaining accurate and complete student records are also key responsibilities.
