Role: Pre Primary Teacher
Experience: 2+ yearsLocation: Jalaun, UPSummary:We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Pre-Primary Teacher to inspire and nurture young learners in a supportive and engaging educational environment. This role is vital in shaping the foundational cognitive, emotional, and social development of children aged 3–6. The teacher will design and deliver age-appropriate, interactive lessons that foster curiosity, creativity, and early literacy and numeracy skills. By creating a warm, inclusive classroom atmosphere, the teacher will play a key role in building confidence and a lifelong love for learning in early childhood.Responsibilities:

Develop and implement engaging, developmentally appropriate lesson plans aligned with early childhood curriculum standards.
Create a safe, stimulating, and inclusive classroom environment that supports social, emotional, and cognitive growth.
Monitor and document each child’s progress through observation, assessment, and regular communication with parents.
Foster positive relationships with students, parents, and colleagues to support holistic child development.
Collaborate with team members to plan activities, share resources, and maintain consistent teaching practices.
Incorporate play-based learning, arts, music, and movement into daily routines to enhance learning outcomes.
Maintain classroom organization, materials, and safety standards in compliance with school policies.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field; Diploma in Pre-Primary Education is a plus.
Minimum of 2 years of experience teaching in a pre-primary or kindergarten setting.
Strong understanding of child development stages and early learning principles.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
Proficient in using basic digital tools for lesson planning and record-keeping.
Passion for working with young children and commitment to fostering a positive learning experience.
