Key Responsibilities

For Pre-Primary Teachers

• Create a nurturing, safe, and engaging learning environment.
  
• Conduct age-appropriate lessons through activity-based learning.
  
• Support early childhood development through play, storytelling, and hands-on activities.
  
• Maintain daily records of student progress and classroom observations.
  
• Collaborate with parents and coordinate events, celebrations, and initiatives.
  

For Primary Teachers (PRT)

• Plan and deliver engaging lessons following the school curriculum.
  
• Use interactive and innovative teaching strategies to enhance learning outcomes.
  
• Assess student performance and provide regular feedback.
  
• Create lesson plans, worksheets, and learning materials.
  
• Maintain a positive learning environment focused on holistic development.
  

Eligibility Criteria

• Bachelor’s Degree in relevant subject (PRT) / Early Childhood Education (Pre-Primary).
  
• B.Ed. / D.Ed. / ECCEd / Montessori Training (as applicable).
  
• Strong communication, classroom management, and interpersonal skills.
  
• Prior school experience preferred.
