Qualifications

• Strong knowledge

  in the respective subject's curriculum (PCM for JEE / PCB for NEET) and current competitive exam patterns.

• Experience

  in teaching and mentoring students for high-stakes entrance examinations.

• Ability to create

  engaging lesson plans, comprehensive course materials, and advanced problem sets.

• Excellent communication

  and interpersonal skills to effectively manage classroom dynamics.

• Dedication

  to student success and a commitment to academic excellence within the PRAYAS vertical.

• Degree from IITs / NITs / Top Medical Colleges

  is highly preferable.

• Patience, empathy, and a passion

  for teaching and mentoring young aspirants.

• Bachelor's or Master's degree

  in Engineering, Medicine, Science, or a related field.
