Qualifications Strong knowledge in the respective subject's curriculum (PCM for JEE / PCB for NEET) and current competitive exam patterns. Experience in teaching and mentoring students for high-stakes entrance examinations. Ability to create engaging lesson plans, comprehensive course materials, and advanced problem sets. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively manage classroom dynamics. Dedication to student success and a commitment to academic excellence within the PRAYAS vertical. Degree from IITs / NITs / Top Medical Colleges is highly preferable. Patience, empathy, and a passion for teaching and mentoring young aspirants.
